King and Queen by Allie Kosherbek

King and Queen.

Homecoming in St. Ignatius School has always been a very exciting event. Homecoming is held this year on September 23-28.
Homecoming is a special week to honor alumni of St. Ignatius and celebrate our school pride and colors.
Also on Homecoming there are elections of School’s Queen and King.  We have our candidates for Queen and King of the school. The Queen candidates are Briar Ahlborn, Kayla Billete, Kaylie Durglo and Gina Linsebigler. King candidates are Mariam Branson, Jarred Brown, Patrick Eichert and Ryce Hegwood.
Every King and Queen needs to prepare a speech and answer several questions. Also, candidates should dress up and be gorgeous this day. On Friday Sep 27, there will be elections in the gym. Everybody will vote for his/her favorite king/queen.
Who knows? Maybe it is somebody’s dream to become King or Queen of the school?  Come and support the King and Queen that you think are the best ones.
